The board of the bird lovers club Olching and the surrounding area eV has resigned closed at the extraordinary general meeting on 11.12.2015. In the event of a permanent closure of the bird park, unfortunately, has to start, more particularly rare and important for the conservation species, give to other zoological institutions. The only way to ensure that the animals are also optimally housed and cared for in the future. The park lieth in Amper and was integrated there over the years in nature. Approximately 500 species of birds from around the world live in Olching. Parrots, storks, ducks, cranes, owls, little owls and many more are at home and can be visited natural aviaries. Compared to the wildlife park Poing or Hellabrunn some aviaries are sized rather small. Part of the park is defined as a retreat for many wild birds and for visitors not accessible, but can be clearly seen. The virginity of the adjacent nature reserve on the Amper river attracts rare native birds like kingfishers and Orioles. In the park area 40 nest boxes are attached that provide additional space for the next generation. Delimited by the bird plants also is a playground next to a beer garden. Operator of the park is the bird lovers club Olching and the surrounding area. The virginity of the adjacent nature reserve on the Amper river attracts rare native birds like kingfishers and Orioles. Hi,
